Owners, Tom & Michele Perelka of Lo’ -N- Slo’ BBQ, really know what they are doing when it comes to BBQ. They are 8 time PA State Champions during 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018. Together they hold 23 Grand Championships and 17 Reserve Grand Championships throughout their competitive BBQ careers.
