BACKYARD 101 CHICKEN CLASS

THIS CLASS IS NOT A COMPETITION BBQ CLASS.
The class will review everything from preparation to completion. We will be discussing meat selection, demonstrating trimming, injecting techniques, marinating, seasoning, grilling and smoking. Demonstration cuts will be
whole chicken, breasts, legs, thighs and wings.
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.
Class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day!
