THIS CLASS IS NOT A COMPETITION BBQ CLASS.
The class will review everything from preparation to completion. We will be discussing meat selection, demonstrating trimming, injecting techniques, seasoning and smoking.
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.
Class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day!
