This class will review everything from preparation to completion. We will be conducting a detailed beginners chicken class using ceramic cookers and other smokers. We will be teaching in depth how to be successful in preparing and cooking chicken that is well seasoned, has bite through skin and juicy meat. Demonstration cuts will be whole chicken, chicken breasts, thighs, legs and wings.
What you will learn:
Different Cuts, Spatchcocking, Trimming, Injecting, Brining, Marinating, Seasonings, Seasoning, Smoking, Grilling, Wood Selection, Sauces
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.
The class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day!
