 $50.00 Per Student\nThis class will review everything from preparation to 
 completion. We will be conducting a detailed beginners chicken class usin
 g multiple grills &amp\; smokers. We will be teaching in depth how to be 
 successful in preparing and cooking chicken that is well seasoned\, has b
 ite through skin and juicy meat. Demonstration cuts will be whole chick
 en\, chicken breasts\, thighs\, and wings.\nWhat you will learn:\nDiffere
 nt Cuts\, Spatchcocking\, Trimming\, Injecting\, Brining\, Marinating\, S
 easonings\, Seasoning\, Smoking\, Grilling\, Wood Selection &amp\; Sauces

 LY PAID LANCASTER BBQ SUPPLY will have the money paid rolled over into ano
 ther class or issued a store credit. If the rollover class is less expensi
 ve a store credit will be issued for the balance and if the class is more 
 expensive the remaining balance is due upon rolling over into a new class.
