BACKYARD CHICKEN CLASS

EACH CLASS IS LIMITED TO 24 STUDENTS

This class will review everything from preparation to completion. We will be conducting a detailed beginners chicken class using ceramic cookers and other smokers. We will be teaching in depth how to be successful in preparing and cooking chicken that is well seasoned, has bite through skin and juicy meat. Demonstration cuts will be whole chicken, chicken breasts, thighs, and wings.

What you will learn:
Different Cuts, Spatchcocking, Trimming, Injecting, Brining, Marinating, Seasonings, Seasoning, Smoking, Grilling, Wood Selection, Sauces

Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.
The class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day! 

PARKING: As a courtesy to our business neighbor, we ask that you park in the church parking lot next to the store for the class.

Class Cancelation Policy

 NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.

 We understand that situations arise for people to have to cancel attending a class due to illness, family situations, weather, etc.

 Anyone having to cancel who DIRECTLY PAID LANCASTER BBQ SUPPLY will have the money paid rolled over into another class or issued a store credit. If the rollover class is less expensive a store credit will be issued for the balance and if the class is more expensive the remaining balance is due upon rolling over into a new class.

 This does not apply to classes paid to outside vendors.
