Please Join Us on Saturday March 21, 2015 from 10:00am to 3:00pm for our Brisket and Pork Class. Teaching this class will be 4 Time 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 Pennsylvania State BBQ Cup Champions Lo’ -N- Slo’ BBQ!
This class will review everything from preparation to completion. We will be discussing meat selection, demonstrating trimming, injecting techniques, seasoning and smoking. Also joining us from Middletown, Delaware Ron Templeton of Pig Headed BBQ. Ron will be demonstrating two different Stuffed Sausage Fatties, Mac & Cheese Fattie and Italian Fattie.
Cost will be $100.00 per person.
