Join us on June 13, 2020 from 9am to 1pm
for a Fun Hands-On Sausage Making Class,
with Chef Joseph Renfroe
Chef/Culinary Instructor-
YTI Career Institute –Lancaster.
You will learn how to properly grind, mix, and dry your sausage to achieve the best texture.
The science behind protein and fat.
This Class is 100% HANDS-ON.
Each participant will make their own pork sausage. From grinding to mixing, recipes and proportions, to casings, you’ll learn about it all and do it all too!
And, you’ll go home with your creations—
approximately 2 lbs. of pork sausage. 

This Class is Limited to 12 Students.
Class Cost $100.00 Per Student.
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.

PARKING: As a courtesy to our business neighbor, we ask that you park in the church parking lot next to the store for the class.

Class Cancelation Policy
NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.
NO SHOW = NO REFUND
We understand that situations arise for people to have to cancel attending a class due to illness, family situations, weather, etc.
Anyone having to cancel who DIRECTLY PAID LANCASTER BBQ SUPPLY will have the money paid rolled over into another class or issued a store credit. If the rollover class is less expensive a store credit will be issued for the balance and if the class is more expensive the remaining balance is due upon rolling over into a new class.
This does not apply to classes paid to outside vendors.
