Make Your Own Flavorful, Homemade Southern-Style Breakfast Sausage
Directions for use: Add 1 Tablespoon of Malcom’s SPICY Country Sausage Seasoning per 1lb ground pork. Mix well to incorporate seasons fully. For best results, refrigerate for 1 hour prior to cooking.
For different types of spicy breakfast sausage, substitute ground wild game, beef or lamb.
Store fresh mixed sausage in refrigerator for up to 4 days. After 4 days, wrap with freezer paper or vacuum seal and store in freezer.
