BACKYARD RIB & PORK CLASS

Tired of cooking ribs that are under or overdone or are as dry as cardboard? Our rib class will help to eliminate these and other issues when cooking ribs.
Pork—Good one time, OK the next. What to do? Let us show you how to get it right every time. Whether you are cooking on a grill or smoker we teach you the necessary techniques and you will walk away with a new perspective on pork.
What you will learn:
Different Cuts of Pork, Meat selection, Trimming, Injecting, Seasonings, Wood Selection, Cooking Process & Sauces.
Slicing of Ribs and Pulling of Pork
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class.
The class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day!
PARKING: As a courtesy to our business neighbor, we ask that you park in the church parking lot next to the store for the class.

Class Cancelation Policy
NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.
We understand that situations arise for people to have to cancel attending a class due to illness, family situations, weather, etc.
Anyone having to cancel who DIRECTLY PAID LANCASTER BBQ SUPPLY will have the money paid rolled over into another class or issued a store credit. If the rollover class is less expensive a store credit will be issued for the balance and if the class is more expensive the remaining balance is due upon rolling over into a new class.
This does not apply to classes paid to outside vendors.
