Description

Flavor Profile: Smokey, Earthy, Savory, Balanced Salt and Subtle Spice.

This rub brings to the foreground the incredible flavor of New Mexico Chiles without any crazy palate blowing heat!

It is a well balanced blend of herbs and spices that goes great on anything and it brings a beautiful deep and rich red color to everything you put it on!

When my buddy Adam came to me with an idea for a rub that highlighted the amazing New Mexico Chile flavors, I knew he was onto something, after a year of playing with different recipes and ratios we finally landed on what is in this bottle.
