The Pro-Series High Temp 12-inch straight penetration probe is great for monitoring internal temperatures of large cuts of meat, deep insertion into soup pots, turkey frying or brew kettles.

Designed for use in the commercial kitchens and professional settings, the Pro-Series Probes deliver better accuracy, faster readings, unique designs, wider temperature ranges and better moisture resistance than the probes sold with low-cost “houseware-grade” temperature alarms.
